When is the best time to supplement with Lion’s Mane?

Yes, you can mix and match different functional mushroom extracts as desired.

Are you using the mycelium or the fruiting bodies of the Lion’s Mane mushroom?
Our Lion’s Mane extract is made of fruiting bodies. A small amount of mycelium may still be present in the extract, but this is only a result of harvesting the fruiting bodies. Our extracts are not fruiting bodies plus mycelium extracts.
Many brands on the market do contain both fruiting bodies and mycelium, but this is mostly done for economic purposes, as it makes the production of functional mushroom extracts way cheaper. It is often done to save money and results in less potent extracts.
